Shipping Conditions

For the benefit of our puppies, we don't ship them before they are 8 weeks old, and sometimes older depending on their weight. We want you to have an extremely happy and healthy puppy. We only ship a puppy based on its development. Our veterinarian will have the final say on when your puppy is ready to travel.

Pickup by Car:

We invite you to drive to our home and pick up your new puppy anytime after paying the deposit. In fact, we prefer that you be able to pick up your puppy in person, whether you're traveling by car or plane. But we also understand that this isn't always possible.

Pick up by plane:

If you'd like to fly to pick up your puppy, we can meet you at the ticket office with your new puppy upon payment of the reservation deposit. We're also happy to meet you at the airport and take you to our home to pick up your puppy. For those of you with frequent flyer miles, this may be the most cost-effective way to pick up your puppy. Airlines charge a small surcharge for this service.

Shipping by Airline:

Shipping is available to all provinces and countries.

Shipping costs vary by location. Shipping costs include airfare, puppy crate (pet taxi), veterinarian health certificate, and a puppy care package. The package contains a bag of puppy food and puppy care information. Delivery is usually done over the counter. Puppies travel in a pressurized, temperature-controlled compartment.

Shipping by Specialized Ground Service:

You also have the option of having your puppy delivered directly to your door in a van. To do this, use a pet transport service that travels to all destinations on the continent. The cost of this service varies depending on the distance and location. This is the most convenient way to transport your puppy, as the transport company has well-trained professionals who will take good care of the puppy during delivery.
