Returns and Exchanges Refund Policy.

We do not accept dogs from puppy mills or farms.

We only work with reputable breeders who raise their dogs in an ethical, loving, and happy environment. This is why we can proudly announce that our dogs are healthier than others.

Every dog in our care is medically examined at least three times by our team of veterinarians and is only presented to the client after their health has been verified.

Despite previous investigations, in case of unforeseen events, we offer the following guarantees:

* 14-Day Infectious Disease Guarantee

We provide a 14-day guarantee from the date of receipt for infectious diseases clinically proven to cause illness.

If an infectious disease occurs within 14 days of receiving the animal, the client may exchange their pet for an animal of equal value (shipping costs are the client's responsibility).

(There is no compensation for illnesses or injuries caused by consumer negligence after arrival or for skin conditions that appear 72 hours after arrival.)

The customer must provide a veterinary certificate (including the dog's original photo) within 72 hours of the diagnosis of the condition.

* 1-Year Warranty for Congenital/Severe Disability

We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against any genetic/hereditary disability that endangers the dog's health.

If a licensed veterinarian confirms within one year of purchase that a dog's genetic/hereditary disability is life-threatening, the customer has the right to exchange their pet for an equivalent dog (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).

Joint conditions caused by the dog's environment are excluded from compensation.

Use a non-slip mat on the floor and stairs on the sofa to avoid stressing your dog's joints and create a safe environment against slippery floors.

A medical certificate (with a photo of the dog attached) from a licensed veterinarian is required stating that the dog's genetic/hereditary condition can cause death and that the owner is not at fault, as it is a purely genetic condition.

The client must submit documentation within 72 hours of the initial diagnosis of the disability. The submitted documentation will be reviewed by the Korean veterinary team, and additional documentation may be requested.

Clients cannot request an exchange/refund for their dog simply because they have changed their mind.

The only circumstance in which clients can receive an exchange/refund is if the animal has an irreparable, life-threatening defect.

Once payment for the dog has been made, the client is deemed to have agreed to this matter.
