Within 3 to 5 days of shipping your puppy, we ask that you take it to a licensed veterinarian for examination. If, within the first 14 days of purchasing your puppy, the veterinarian determines that the puppy has an illness that occurred before the delivery date, you must contact us immediately. Our puppies are 100% safe and guaranteed to be in good health and free of any signs of infection when we ship them to you.
We are proud to say that our relationship with you doesn't end when you take home one or more puppies. As a family of breeders with experience with this breed of puppy, we would like to believe that nothing can go wrong with our puppies. However, some things are not always within our control, as a puppy's health depends on many factors, such as genetics, exercise, diet, and general daily care. We don't believe your puppies are replaceable based on emotional attachments, but we believe the pain of losing a puppy can sometimes be eased by offering you one or more puppies of equal value.
In the event of an unforeseen event (death) within one year of the purchase date, or if the puppy is found to have health conditions (within one year) that negatively affect the health of the puppies, we will replace the puppy with an equivalent puppy at no cost to you. The cause of death must be certified by a licensed veterinarian, and we hope you will email us a copy of this health report.
What We Expect From You:
Nothing makes us happier than knowing we've brought joy to your home with one of our puppies.
We provide regular health checks to ensure your puppy stays healthy. Here are some things you can do to help: Send us a copy of the health exam (medical record) within 14 business days of receiving your puppy. The test must be performed by a licensed professional trainer. Your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations, so revaccinations are not necessary.
We will deworm and vaccinate your puppy before sending them to you. Therefore, we expect you to continue proper deworming and regular health checks until they are 16 weeks old or beyond to keep your puppy healthy and alert (as recommended by your professional trainer).
Exceptions to Our Guarantee:
Failure to provide your puppy with regular veterinary care will void this health guarantee.
This health guarantee does not cover costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testicles. We require all our puppies to undergo a thorough examination before shipping them to you. This examination is performed by our licensed veterinarian, who provides veterinary health reports for all our puppies.
This report certifies each puppy's health status regarding cardiovascular, skin, elbow, knee, coat, eye, mouth, dental, gum, musculoskeletal, respiratory, ear, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal diseases. This health report will be completed on the day the puppies are shipped to you so you can be assured they are healthy.
This report will then be reviewed for any problems or concerns identified by our veterinarian. And if there are serious problems with the puppy, we will not send it or both of them to you.
We also require that a licensed veterinarian examine your puppy(s) within 14 days of receiving the puppy. Thank you for your cooperation.
